  A few months later my boyfriend was getting all season tires and they did the exact same thing to him. Told him a lower price on the phone and when he got the work done he was charged over a hundred dollars more!

  I got a quote from them for winter tires over the phone. I asked to have the tax and instalment included in the price. When I got the tires put on the price was over a hundred dollars more than what they quoted me! When I brought that fact up the guy at the desk (who was the one who answered the phone) just played dumb and said he didn't know who gave me that quote.
