    I wish they had a minus 5 star option!!!!Not very flexable they require 2 days notice and they charge you if you have a short notice cancellation . LIFE HAPPENS ...schedules change .! I can understand if the patient was a "no show" becase you wouldnt be able to fill the spot, but this is just ridiculous. What ever happened to customer service ? Im sure your busy office could have filled a 130pm spot when cancelled at 10am . ( I know from personal experience working for a very busy Cardiologist). When I went in to pay the charge they double charged me for one appointment saying well it was a cleaning and an exam costing me 50 $$$$ WOW
