  I needed my grandmother's ring repaired as the band had snapped. They fixed it up and it is a strong fix. We were able to bring in our own gold from another ring no longer in use as well.

  When the indigo on my sport watch stopped working, I wanted to have it checked out, thought it was the battery. My first stop was at a large department store, where I was told they would only service it, if I bought it there...I hadn't. Next stop Kreative Design, where their jeweler took the whole thing apart, discovered that it wasn't the battery, but the light, didn't charge and my question was answered. Awesome service :)
