  This company left the pin out in the back wheel of I, Angela Leudy Pontiac G6 V6 after a supposedly having brakes just being improperly serviced and not properly road tested my car in summer 2008 which the results may of caused death or injury to I and my Children. Jah Protections - I'm still Alive but,............

  We are repeat customers here. We like the product and the service we receive. The staff is friendly and add it's always nice when a business knows you by name. There are got and cold beverages for you while you wait, a small waiting room with tv, or grab a shuttle to another location while they work on your vehicle.

  Called them about a recalled part for my 08 jeep compass on Monday.. got it towed to them on Tuesday they fixed the part that was recalled and fixed another recalled part aswell that I didn't know about they also looked over other parts for me aswell now it's Wednesday and it's sitting in my yard..I could not believe how fast it was done and they have the best staff I have ever delt with..they stayed 20 minutes late for me to pick up my jeep.. keep up the good work Chrysler

  Apparently this company has an incompetent service department and cares nothing for public safety. If you own a dodge/chrystler/jeep, I suggest finding another service provider. (and i only gave it one star because it was required to post).

  This service department left every bolt loose on the front end of my vehicle after replacement of control arm bushings and front end alignment. Even the mechanic that looked at it afterward refused to take it for a road test for safety reasons.
