  Fantastic in every way. Bev has thought of everything! Rooms, food, bathroom necessities and niceties, all designed for comfort and elegance. Affordable and welcoming. Highly recommend this flawless B&B.

  Awesome old house in Sydney. It's along a busy road but inside the house was quiet. Beautiful veranda with lots of seating. Bev's breakfast was excellent! Well appointed character room with bathroom. We were able to walk to the waterfront. Great stop in Sydney.

  What a beautiful place! The school apartment is perfect! Well decorated and fully equipped! We felt at home! The hostess and the host are wonderful people! She prepared this delicious vegan breakfast for us! The vegan blueberry pancakes were the best! Wow! This is the place! Thank you!

  A memorable stay at Colby House. The house and room were charming and filled with character. It was very relaxing to sip our wine on the spacious veranda after a long drive. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Bev's breakfasts were delicious and varied. We were able to walk to downtown Sydney and enjoy the waterfront and sample several restaurants which Bev had recommended.
