  We received terrible customer service from one of your employees, which is unfortunate because many others who work here are great to deal with, especially Tim. We purchased a 15-gallon column tank that was the last of its kind to replace our leaking tank at home.

  Love this new store. Wonderful friendly staff. Great connection with the SPCA adoption services. Prices seem to be about average. Great selection of dog food and treats. Lots to see and choose from. Very pet friendly.

  When we got it home we noticed it had glue on one side that was covering a small crack. We returned a few hours later to get our money back and were told there was no crack that it was just glue and that we were being picky.

  Not very helpful, I went in to get dog supplies and 4 associates ignored me and haven't asked if I needed help instead they talk about Netflix and the other two ladies just watched me stand by cash register waiting to pay while one girl was on her phone. should have went to PetValu across the street.

  The woman at the store was very demeaning and rude. She refused to even properly examine the crack and asked whether it was the one that was previously opened. My guess is she knew full well this tank was defective.
