  Alexandra's is awesome. They're great with custom orders and I'm a picky eater. They have online ordering too! Very convenient when you're trying to get lunch while working and don't have time to explain your order. They have incredible specials as well.

  Lady told me off on the phone, ordered last night and waited over an hour sitting beside the door and no one came, decided to call and give them one more chance tonight and the lady who picked up told me off on the phone for not answering the door very rudely, even though I was sitting beside it the whole time? I've ordered hundreds of dollars from Alexandra locations because I love their food, but I won't be giving them service again and will make an effort to make sure others don't either. Disgusting behaviour.

  They 20 to 25 mins for pickup. Waited took 40 mins. Got home both meals were cold. How is that possible

  The donairs which are supposed to be the specialty of the house or of questionable quality and the sauce is spare. Worrisome food sanitation practice. Would tend to recommend a different place for lunch breakfast or dinner.

  Went in to sit and eat at 1130 sing said OPEN. But yet couldn't use the restroom. We were clearly told it was closed at 10 o'clock. This is no way to run a business. Very disappointed
