  Dorthy....i was at mayflower with my daughter and brother on jan 16, 2018 andi am a senior citizen and the serverADAM waited on us and he was very rude to me and broght the wrong order twice and even banged the plate on table when returning. i went as far as to ask if i did something to offend him and he said no he was just rude i call the store the next day and spoke to Libby the manger who was supposed to get back to me which she didnt and its now1023 pm on sunday n6ght this happened on tuesday and she has yet to get back to me asi asked that this aam be spoken to so not very good customer service and we make freaquent visits to your establishments and not to be t4reated. Like thatjust putting that out there. thank you Dorthy

  Terrible service. Ordered an iced tea and my friends got a water and a beer. Got my iced tea almost instantly and then 25 minutes of wait for their drinks! After another 25 minutes, we got our food - but we didn't get our starters at all, and we had to ask for them. My starter was even included with my pasta. Once we all got our food, mine was COLD! I told them it was cold, and after 10 minutes the same plate came back to me, only lukewarm and still cold in some places. Cold pasta and long wait times cost me $26. Never again!

  All you can eat salad or soup is all always good , fish was good and salmon was OK, staff is very friendly, and and the restaurants very clean....

  Id give 0 stars but it wont let me sadly, i got my soup before i even got my pop which took another 10 mins, a different waitress had to get us our pop because we were being ingnored, when i got my 18 dollar pasta they put it on a huge plate and it made it look so small and didnt fill me, there was no taste to it also when i got a 18 dollar meal IT WAS COLD, not even lukewarm, pathetic cost 25 dollars for a cold meal, watered down pop and a long wait time for things that are supposed to be fast and friendly, sick as a dog off it would not recomend it to anybody, the old owner used to run it perfect, would not recomend it

  We just had a great meal and fantastic service from Tara. She goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and takes extra special care of our kids. Great job!
