    Lost my receipt and served the 4 people who ordered after me while letting my food go cold on the counter. Forgot to give me my fries, complained when I ask for the side of mayo that I paid for. Thoroughly unenjoyable experience.

    Staff really didn't know what they are doing. Walked out after spending 20 minutes in line with only one customer in front of me. Staff spent a lot of time screaming at each other.

    Pathetic Service. Extremely poor management. I purchased and wanted to get a discount based on an offer. There are a couple of students were working. I showed my phone to them (the app says shows your phone to the Cashier to get the discount). Cashiers were not aware of how to use the Kiosk in this case. It was take away and the guys didn't even care to put Ketchup or napkins. Will never purchase from this store any more. If you want to waste your money, this is the best place otherwise, nothing closer to what KFC should it be.
