  i have been trying to receive my package for a week. not to mention the shipping fee was more than $50 which is ridiculous. they showed up to my house and i said i didn’t have the money right away. i went the next day but it was closed. why is the hours so random?? i’ve been trying to get my package everyday since the 21st. it’s the 28th, and i called early this morning to have my package delivered to my house. they said they would call and they didn’t and never showed up. i’m completely frustrated with this company.

  Our group did report over hundreds of times to update the address on the google map, but it is still showing the old place.

  Package got lost soon as it arrived in Sydney. Every other stop it made from the U.S and Canada there was no delay or problem but a truck having a mechanical problem which happens. People at this office were not helpful and package has gone over the expected delivery date by two days.

  Parcel was very late & suck in Sydney. I had to drive over an hour away for something i paid to have delived to my door.

  Excellent service and super-friendly staff. The owner was extremely accommodating to our specific PO box request. EDIT Oct 2017: They now have a new location on Keltic Drive so check Google Maps :)
